1. Clean the screw nut and ball;
2. Put the plastic ball stopper (ball reverser) back into the nut. When installing the ball stopper, pay attention to the smooth connection between the ball inlet and outlet of the ball stopper and the spiral groove;
3. Apply grease to the nut;
4. Rotate the screw first to the position where the screw raceway is flush with the reverser, and then adjust the position so that it is appropriate to insert a steel ball into the raceway of the reverser
5. Then one by one, one by one, the steel balls are inserted into the grooves of the reverser. You can use a greased screwdriver to stick the steel balls, and then insert them until the entire circle is filled;
6. After filling a circle, turn the screw rod to the position of the next reverser and repeat the above operation. The above picture is only for the convenience of demonstration. The correct order is to start filling from the bottom and advance upward.
